Provide expertise in troubleshooting computer or networking problems by training in this six-month program that teaches students how to set up and repair computer system. This program gives students the knowledge to install, operate, maintain and repair computers in today’s market. Through these skills, they will be able to:
- Identify the components of a LAN
- Recognize the primary network architectures
- Configure and optimize performance
- Evaluate diagnostic software and provide preventive service maintenance
Graduates of this program will be eligible for entry-level employment in network operating, technical support, user support and computer repair and networking jobs.
