    Addiction Treatment Counseling Certificate

    Help others recover from addiction by acquiring the skills of an addiction treatment counselor in this program that explores the causes and treatments for those suffering from substance abuse addiction. This program introduces the foundations of addiction counseling. Learn how to handle tasks such as:

    • Case management
    • Pharmacology
    • Psychoactive drugs
    • Individual and group counseling

    Graduates will be qualified for entry-level employment in hospitals, clinics, penal institutions, detoxification programs and other substance abuse counseling facilities.
